Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

Paid plans, credit packs, and subscriptions are described on our pricing pages. Prices, included credits, usage limits, and feature availability may change. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout:

• Credits and subscriptions are generally non-transferable.
• Unused credits may expire according to the plan or pack terms shown at purchase.
• Refunds, if any, are handled according to our checkout terms and applicable law.
• Early-bird or promotional pricing for upcoming models such as Seed Audio 2.0 applies only under the conditions shown at purchase.

Taxes, payment processing, and billing disputes are handled through our payment providers and support team.

Service Description

SeedAudio.co provides AI-powered audio generation tools. Features available today may differ from upcoming capabilities described on the site, including Seed Audio 2.0. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or that generated audio will meet a particular creative, legal, or commercial standard.

Your Content and License to Us

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, and outputs you create, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and use your content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit content and to use any reference audio, voice, likeness, or other material you provide.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may review prompts, uploads, outputs, and account activity, and may remove content or restrict access for violations, legal risk, or platform safety.

Intellectual Property

The Services, site design, branding, documentation, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to SeedAudio.co and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party model names, APIs, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEDAUDIO.CO AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SeedAudio.co and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of SeedAudio.co, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected where applicable.
